2. Personal data

When you contact us we may receive your name, telephone number, preferred communication channels, information supplied about your project and an optional attachment. Project attachments are stored in a private file store to process your enquiry and retry unsuccessful email delivery; only authenticated administrators may download them. Technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser data, requested pages and event logs may be used for site operation and security.

3. Purposes

We process data to respond to your request, discuss a project, prepare an offer, maintain the website and meet legal requirements. Optional marketing communications require separate consent on the English contact form.

4. Processing and retention

Data may be collected, recorded, stored, updated, used and deleted with or without automated tools. We keep it only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Sharing and security

Personal data is not sold. Service providers assisting with hosting, communications or technical operations may access data only as necessary, subject to confidentiality and applicable law. Reasonable safeguards are applied.

6. Your rights
